Are You Brainwashed? p2
For centuries the Christian church has been brainwashed to accept pagan practices as legitimate teachings of the Bible. Time is one of the best tools for brainwashing and it can take place from generation to generation. Observing the Sabbath on Sunday is one example. Hunting easter eggs is another good example. The King James Bible, although it is a good translation, is not a perfect translation. Constantine and the council of Nicaea changed the date of the Passover (something they had no authority to do since the Hebrews in Egypt were commanded by God to observe the Passover from generation to generation and never to forget it) and called it easter. One simple change in wording has caused many to engage in pagan idolatry when they believe they are honoring Yeshua’s sacrifice for them. To read more about this visit Wikipedia: First Council of Nicaea or Too Long in the Sun. Easter is often observed with sunrise services that include people facing the east.
Ezek 8:13-16 (KJV)
13 He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do.
14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD’S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.
15 Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these.
16 And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.
Tammuz was the son of Nimrod, the King who built the Tower of Babel, and Semirimis. Semirimis is also known as Astarte, Ishtar (pronounced easter). Semirimis claimed to be the daughter of a god and goddess and to have been delivered to earth from the moon in a giant moon egg that fell into the Euphrates River. It is left to the reader to read about Tammuz, Nimrod and Semirimis to understand the relevance of what people are doing during easter services. It is recommended that you also look at other traditions such as cross buns.
Continuing with the corruption in the church is far beyond the scope of this paper, but it doesn’t take long to see how false ideas can become a part of what is blindly accepted as truth.
Separation of Church and State
The idea that the church and the state are to remain separate entities is brought up frequently in recent years. Especially by atheists who wish to remove all traces of God from our daily lives.
Were the founding fathers against a Supreme influence in our government or were they more concerned with preventing a church, such as the one in England that had recently murdered countless thousands of people by torturing, burning, and other cruel and inhumane means, from gaining power and having too strong an influence in the government of our country. This article will argue in favor of the latter. In order to understand the spirit of that time one needs to understand that the catholic church in England and other European countries was corrupt, power hungry, and not Godly. It was the corrupt church that the founding fathers wanted to protect the country from. They wanted us to be separate from the evil that had recently ended across the Atlantic, not our Creator.
The people who started this country never intended for it to become an atheist nation.
Many people, specifically those trying to revise history in an attempt to remove God from the United States government and the minds of the populace, claim that Thomas Jefferson was an atheist and therefore would not have wanted the influence of what they claim is an imaginary God to be referenced in our guiding documents. Jefferson talked frequently about the Bible and disagreed with some of the books of the Bible and things people believed about God and Yeshua. It seems unlikely that Jefferson would have taken the time to rearrange the Gospels to his liking if he didn’t believe what they said was true. Since he wrote his own version of the New Testament: Jefferson Bible on Google, Side by side with the KJV, Book on Amazon, it seems clear that he was not an atheist. It seems more likely that he was grateful to be in a country where people could be free to interpret religion as they pleased without concern about being persecuted by a church led by corrupted officials. How many people take the time to research when they hear the claims made by modern day revisionists of history about this county’s founders? Is it more sensible to assume that someone who appears to be in a position of academic authority must be telling the truth and accept statements made than to spend time seeking the truth? Is it really wiser to just seek the good life and not be concerned over accepting falsehoods as reality? Is being brainwashed really a bad thing as long as one is happy?
Anyone taking the time to research Jefferson’s writings will find that while he may not have agreed with the popular Christianity of his time, he was certainly not an atheist. Jefferson claimed that he might have become a Unitarian if there had been such a denominational church near him. That is certainly not an indication that he was an atheist. Not accepting the teaching of the trinity does not make one a disbeliever. Many people trying to get their ideas accepted twist reality and use it to (falsely) prove their statements. How many people could give a definition of a Unitarian? That makes it easy to invoke such words and make people believe just about anything.
Brainwashing can occur one truth at a time, slowly building an entire infrastructure of untruths by which people guide their lives.
